Great fun cardio (and toning).  Louise's dance background ensures all the routines really go with the music rather than just being moves with background music. That magic combo helps me to find more energy, even after work. It's always fun learning new routines (and when I randomly forget things I've already learned). Louise's combination of explanation and demonstration works well and once you've learned the moves, she's still in front of you for when you forget.  Don't worry if it takes you a few sessions to get all the moves, it did with me. What might start out as a memory challenge gradually turns into a serious fitness challenge as the moves sink in.

Makes fitness fun!  A brilliant class that works on many levels.  One you've got the base moves,  you can work on making them bigger to burn more energy and add technique if you fancy.  Can be light exercise or seriously hard work depending on your preference.

Great dance based exercise class. Start with basic moves and add more on as you get used to it. Can be gentle or serious cardio depending on how you go for it. Great instructor. Lovely clean and comfortable hall

I absolutely love Dance Fit with Louise. I am middle aged unfit with arthritis in one knee and a replacement in the other. Louise 's classes are fun, the people who attend are friendly and mixed ability. You are able to exercise within your own limitations, so it makes it as hard or as easy as you like. Louise clearly loves ves dancing and that rubs off on all the members of the class. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to get fit the fun way!
