Great fun cardio (and toning).  Louise's dance background ensures all the routines really go with the music rather than just being moves with background music. That magic combo helps me to find more energy, even after work. It's always fun learning new routines (and when I randomly forget things I've already learned). Louise's combination of explanation and demonstration works well and once you've learned the moves, she's still in front of you for when you forget.  Don't worry if it takes you a few sessions to get all the moves, it did with me. What might start out as a memory challenge gradually turns into a serious fitness challenge as the moves sink in.

Makes fitness fun!  A brilliant class that works on many levels.  One you've got the base moves,  you can work on making them bigger to burn more energy and add technique if you fancy.  Can be light exercise or seriously hard work depending on your preference.

**NOTE:** Although class bookings are non-refundable, you may transfer a class booking up to 24 hours before the start time of the class. We request that should you need to cancel you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the space. 

Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will forfeit payment and cannot be transferred.

Failure to turn up for a booked class without prior notification may result in you being prohibited from making further bookings.

Dance Fit With Louise

For those of you who don’t know, my name is Louise and I run local dance fitness classes. 

I have nearly 20 years of teaching experience and come from a dance background. 
 
I strive to make all my classes fun and accessible in a warm and welcoming environment; a space in which people can just show up and feel like they belong.

Dance should be for EVERY ‘BODY’ - my biggest regret is allowing myself to believe at a young age that I couldn’t have a career in dance because I wasn’t the ‘right’ size and shape! 

I have gone on to keep dance in my life right into my forties and hope to keep on going and sharing my love of dancing to promote an enjoyable and consistent form of fitness for ALL. 

Don’t let anything stand in your way, certainly not your weight or size - get yourself to a dance class this week, preferably one of mine!

My name is Louise and I offer dance fitness classes both online and in person at a studio in central Dunstable.

I teach classes such as FitSteps, Dance Fit and Dance Tap - all of my classes are fun, friendly, welcoming and for all abilities. 

I strive to make all my classes fun and accessible in a warm and welcoming environment.

In light of the recent rise in the cost of living, I am fully aware that I am competing for your hard earned money. My prices will remain the same and my classes are pay as you go with no commitment needed. 
 
I also offer loyalty cards which earn you a free class.
